Live tethered review on set. You see every frame on a monitor as I shoot, and we confirm selections together before I leave.
Reshoot guarantee. If an image does not meet the approved brief or has a technical issue, I reshoot it at no charge.
Consistent lighting and backgrounds. New hires match the team already on your website.
Professional Lightroom editing. Color, exposure and contrast refined on every image.
Commercial usage license. Every delivered image is licensed for your business use.
Brand video is available as an add-on, scoped and priced in your proposal.

What does a retainer cost?
It depends on how many hours and people you need each month. After a 20-minute strategy call, I send a proposal with your scope, schedule and pricing, so you know exactly what is included before you commit.
How does a photography retainer work?
You choose a monthly amount of production time. We plan sessions together, I photograph your team at your office or on location, and edited images arrive within two business days after each session. Your exact deliverables and schedule are set in your proposal.
Can you photograph new hires as they join?
Yes. Essentials includes up to 5 new hire headshots and Growth up to 10, within your session time. Partner includes new hire headshots within your hours, with the number agreed in advance. Headshots are in addition to your image count, with one final image per person.
How are hours counted?
From the scheduled start to wrap on site, including moving between locations during the session. Setup and breakdown outside that window do not count.
What happens to hours we don’t use?
Unused hours do not roll over, so we schedule each month’s sessions at least two weeks ahead to put your time to work.
Is retouching included?
Every image is professionally edited in Lightroom for color, exposure and contrast. Photoshop retouching, such as skin smoothing or flyaway hair cleanup, is available as a paid add-on.
What is the commitment?
A 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ written notice. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Do you work outside Austin?
Yes. Travel within about 25 miles of Austin is included. For locations farther out, I add travel cost to your proposal.
